The "Inside-Out" Approach
Support Vitality from the Inside Out Wellness is more than just movement—it’s a foundation of internal balance. Explore how Animal Naturopathy, nutrition, and botanical support can enhance your partner’s resilience and long-term health.
Functional Movement Care
Unlock your horse’s potential with Functional Movement Care. By addressing physical restrictions and supporting optimal biomechanical balance, these sessions help your horse move with greater grace and resilience—whether they are navigating the show ring or enjoying a relaxed day at home.
PEMF
Gentle, non-invasive PEMF sessions to support your horse’s comfort, mobility, and recovery from hard work. Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy is designed to encourage healthy circulation and deep muscle relaxation.
Kinesiology Taping
Functional support that moves with your horse. Unlike traditional wraps that restrict movement, Kinesiology Taping gently lifts the hair and skin to encourage healthy circulation and lymph flow. It provides sensory input that helps your horse become more aware of how they use their body.
Best For: Supporting posture, offering gentle support around joints and soft tissue, encouraging healthy fluid movement in the legs, and improving muscle engagement during training.
The Benefit: Enhanced proprioception (body awareness) and targeted support for specific muscle groups without losing range of motion.
Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation)
Gentle light support for recovery and performance. Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to reach into the tissue and encourage healthy circulation and cellular energy. It is a non-invasive, relaxing way to support your horse’s comfort and recovery.
Best For: Soothing tired or tight muscles, supporting recovery after hard work, and complementing your veterinarian or physician’s care plan.
The Benefit: A calm, comfortable session that supports your horse’s recovery from heavy work and helps them feel looser and more relaxed.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging (or infrared thermography) uses a highly sensitive camera to detect the infrared heat given off by the surface of the skin. Blood flow and metabolic activity create heat, so the camera produces a detailed “heat map.” Differences in these heat patterns show me where a horse, dog, goat, or person may be working harder or holding tension. That lets me tailor each session and track changes over time. If I notice anything unusual, I’ll encourage you to share it with your veterinarian, or with your own healthcare provider if the scan is yours.
